Dr. Kristin Molinaroli was a professional runner for Nike. She was a seven-time All-American athlete at college on 7 US teams, two World Championship Teams, and a 2-time USA Olympic Team Trials for Track and Field. In 1996, she ran for Atlanta in a 5k and 10k run. In 2000, she ran for Sacramento, CA. She worked her way to the Top 10 USA Ranking for track and field, cross country, and road racing with effort and consistency. She was in 3k, 4k, 8k, 10k, and 15k runs.

Dr. Kristin Molinaroli was an Associate Director at Northwestern University. She spent five years managing the research office at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for the School of Education. She received her Ph.D. in Multicultural Psychology and has a minor in Statistics. She spent a year learning at the University of Notre Dame for clinical residency.
While she learned at the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Kristin Molinaroli began helping workers become more productive and collaborative. She worked with the Athletics Department and Law School.
Dr. Kristin Molinaroli created the LUMEN app while she was in Evanston, IL. This app helps add to the development and productivity of employees. She joined Avant, eventually becoming their president. Avant is dedicated to developing excellent performance for Fortune 500 companies and startups. At Avant, she taught future leaders and employees, bringing them to their professional path to success. She dedicated 30 years at Furton to developing talent, teamwork, and organizational performance for their employees. She has learned sports psychology with NCAA teams. She has a relationship with many athletes. In high school, she ran the Cross Country Nationals. Lyle Knudson, her coach, taught her to preserver throughout any obstacles that came her way.
