TUSHY is a brand focused on improving the bathroom experience in America, WILD was the first gluten-free pizza restaurant.

Explaining what self-care does to her body, she believes it makes her excited, glow, learn and improve. she makes sure that her body is healthy by working out and eating healthy.

She gets a 90-minute massage once a week and keeps constantly hydrated. Taking hot water with lemon and ginger helps flush toxins out of the body and the liver. Eating well is also vital for a healthy body, she often takes coconut with rice, non-organic chicken and fish, and plenty of Japanese diets.

She surrounds herself with inspiring friends who live their authentic truth and are open. she started taking Transcendental Meditation twice a week, which allows the body to be in a deeply restful state. Meditations help one think clearly before reacting. This allows healing and repair of the body and lets the cortisol levels go down.
Miki Agrawal had an acute hypothyroid condition, terming a stressed-out state as a reason. The business she was previously running stressed her a lot, when she started speaking her truth and meditating, helped her ease the stress. Restructuring the company, massages, diet change and, a lot of hydration also helped her.
The inspiration behind her DISRUPT-HER book was because of societal preconceptions and norms. Breaking the obvious way of doing things and trying a new and unique thing is good. Her experience of building THINX, Tushy, and WILD back in the days received a lot of backlashes where many termed it a dumb idea. She overcame the challenges and stood out to thrive.
