Dr. Kristin Molinaroli was a professional runner for Nike. She was a seven-time All-American athlete at college on 7 US teams, two World Championship Teams, and a 2-time USA Olympic Team Trials for Track and Field. In 1996, she ran for Atlanta in a 5k and 10k run. In 2000, she ran for Sacramento, CA. She worked her way to the Top 10 USA Ranking for track and field, cross country, and road racing with effort and consistency. She was in 3k, 4k, 8k, 10k, and 15k runs.

Dr. Kristin Molinaroli was an Associate Director at Northwestern University. She spent five years managing the research office at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for the School of Education. She received her Ph.D. in Multicultural Psychology and has a minor in Statistics. She spent a year learning at the University of Notre Dame for clinical residency.
